I was having issues completing my internet order for equipment and service. Nothing I tried solved the issue and I was getting frustrated. Called customer service for assistance and was connected with Misti, She was very friendly and helpful. She worked with their IT person and the problem was solved quickly. She assisted me with completing my order and stayed on the line to be sure I did not need further assistance in finalizing the transaction. The experience was very pleasant. This is what customer service should be like at all companies!

I have been having some problems with external siren randomly loosing connection and even purchased additional repeaters in case the distance was a problem (the siren is just on thr other side of wall in the garage), but still have this problem from time to time. Other than this problem everything else seems to work as advertised and they were fairly easy to install.

Purchased the system through Costco 3 months ago and have been completely satisfied since it arrived! Installation was easy, equipment is of good quality, and the value of what I am getting for the price in unbeatable by the legacy security providers who still rely on wired systems and phone lines. System works great and I've had no problems with it. Have already referred a family member who also purchased and installed a Link Interactive system.

Originally the system shipped with Verizon GSM module and it got poor signal. Once I contacted the technical support about the issue, they were able to ship me AT&T GSM module in next day. Since then, the system is working properly.
