Easy to install, easy to use, and great customer service from Link.

Very pleased with the ease of installation, and when we hit a hiccup, help over the phone was fast and worked right away. I shopped around for the best non-landline alarm system for our home, and Link filled the bill! It is wonderful to be able to interact with the system from far away using smartphone or web app on my computer.

I was very happy with how easy it was to install my system and sensors. The sensors had all been pre-programmed with the names and settings I picked when ordering. Each sensor was in a numbered box that also included a QR bar code. Scanning the QR bar code with my smartphone took me straight to a video on installing that type of sensor. I like the emails that notify me when the system is armed or disarmed. I was really surprised when I received an email that the system had lost power and, within 8 minutes, received another email that other systems in the area were also reporting power outages. Knowing this put to rest worries that a thief might have cut power to my home. I have recommended Link Interactive to a friend.

After doing a lot of research, I went with Link Interactive because of customer reviews and its partnership with Costco. I got the basic system from Costco and setting it up was very easy, which is good because I'm not handy at all. I've had a couple of false alarms and the monitoring center has called me right away! The only issue I've had is that my dog has set of the motion detector even with the setting on for heavier pets. Finally, since everything is set up so easily and without having to drill into walls or things like that, I think this system is perfect for renters.

Customer service or Technical Support staffs are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I bought one device from outside but they were very helpful in helping me configure that device with my system. I have called many times in the beginning for many questions, but they were always nice to help. I would recommend to my friends and family, actually we six of our friends bought their system and they gave us a great deal with that order. System is also latest updated in the technology.

Overall I have been very happy with the products, customer service, and monitoring service. The self-install was not difficult, but there is prompt customer service if there is an problem. The only issue I have are the "z-wave" products and the lack of clarity on the distance they are effective. Just be forewarned that while the instructions say 100 feet line of sight, in reality the distance through walls is really about 20 feet. I am still working on getting a z-wave device working property. The non z-wave devices do behave as advertised. I have a motion detector a good 50 feet away from the panel and there is no problem.

I have so far found the sales and support to be responsive, friendly and polite and they dont seem to oversell like other services.

They were very helpful in placing the order and the order arrived quickly.
