Their customer support is uniquely awful. I asked them to change address. They told me they couldn’t because the order had already shipped. The order shipped *4 months after this,* sell after I had moved house. My stuff is therefore now at someone else’s house, and late enough that I already stopped my address forwarding. They admitted this was their fault eventually, but did absolutely nothing to fix it.

I ordered my game 3 months ago and the game released last week, on the 20th. I was told it would ship out sooner than most of their games normally do. Well, it just keeps getting delayed day by day now, and I can’t just get a refund now because they don’t do refunds. They use 3 different shipping methods just to get it to you...I should’ve been smart and just ordered a digital copy and not bought from Limited Run. Never doing business with them ever again.

New year's day blowout sale... sold out before you can pay for the stuff in your basket. Why is that when the items are in your basket, they go out of stock before the papal payment can be completed?? I waited for the countdown added 3 games went to pay only to be sent back to limited run and told the games were out of stock?? This was very annoying and shouldn't happen as the items are in the basket and have sold from my basket?? Like getting the stuff taken out of your shopping basket by the person in front of you. Very bad experience for this sale. I have ordered before from this company and the items do arrive, and yes the item do take time but that is expected... But this BLOWOUT Sale was just poor and left angry and not wanting to bother with Limited Run in the future.

Decided to go and see what I could get on the limited run sale. Have bought previously and although items can take a while for delivery, I can accept that. What I can not accept is putting items into your shopping cart to try and combine postage on several items, get to the payment screen, then to be told your items are out of stock. I do not know how this is even possible. Limited run needs to add a timer to check out and not let your items be sold whilst trying to pay. Has put me off buying from them in the future.

This is sad excuse for a site, and I'm even a bigger idiot to spend huge money on them

I ordered an item the showed on hand. It took 3 weeks to get it shipped. With no notice on website or in my order confirmation about that extended delay in shipping. So two days before my estimated delivery date the tracking movement stops. I give it 5 days. Nothing. So I contact ups and they state it is considered lost and to contact the shipper to start a claim. So I do. Limited tells me they don’t consider a package lost until 30 days from last scan. And if I don’t get it in 30 days to contact them again about it. So In all. It will take me two months to get to a point to find resolution on an instock item

I've used LimitedRunGames for years, and have never had an order not show up. Yes, there are delays sometimes - they usually will send an update e-mail to you if it goes past the 4 month mark (most games are 2-4 months). Most major issues can be resolved via LRG Support on Twitter, such as shipping damage or lost items. All the bad reviews here will receive their item, but they're impatient and wrote a bad review already - sad to see. This company is not a scam. The nearly hundred games I have from them says otherwise. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 is because lately games have been on the 5-6th mark instead of the promised 2-4, but they DO arrive.
