To say this company is deceitful and hiding from consequences of their lies is the takeaway. The company thinks by changing a webpage they can buy a year of making a person wait, while the customer support says you cannot get refunded or cancel an order because it is "in process of shipping" even though it has been a year and they just moved the 6 month late date to a year in the future... and they won't ship then either. Pure evil and luckily when they sold user data we got a large lawsuit to punish them.

Worst video game company of ALL time. I’m a big Sonic fan so of course, I ordered the Sonic X Shadows Generations Collector’s Edition. It told me it had a year wait; cool. I was willing to wait that long for something like that. I ordered the damn bundle when I was 19. I am now 22 and still haven’t received it. On top of that, I sent THREE different tickets in saying I’d like to refund the entire thing (one in January 2026, one in February and one recently) and they told me they could no longer refund it because it is “locked in”. It wasn’t locked in a year ago, why couldn’t I get my refund then?? Poor customer service, they don’t respond to messages, just save your money and buy somewhere else.

I preordered Raidou last year. I thought 250 was an effin' robbery, but the figurine looked so GOOD; it looked as if it came out of the game itself. I love Raidou, and I never would've forgiven myself if I missed out on it. It cost me $ 250, plus customs and shipping (I live outside the US). After a long time of waiting, I finally opened the box today, and you could imagine my incredible disappointment. The figurine looks like a McDonald's toy, or like the Temu version of the one on the preorder page. It looks INCREDIBLY cheap, and if the figurine looked like this on the preorder page, I would've NEVER bought it, and I would be 250+ dollars richer now. I thought the bad reviews were because Limited Run takes so long to ship preorders, but you guys are FRAUDS. Do NOT buy from them; the quality is ABYSMAL.

Purchased 22 games from the so far, and I've just had it. - Eternal delays. - Some releases are god awful. Faded colours that's worse than the original release from 30 years ago. - Maintain that "big box just means a collector's edition" if you receive a small box sized game. - Purchased my final game, please someone else, make a competitor. I'll throw money after you.

Purchased the DOOM + DOOM II Event Exclusive (Limited Run Games #44) - for Xbox Series X. The plastic cover is very low quality so the colour of the sleeve beneath it does not match the photo in the listing. This cover had a hole on the back of it and was clearly packed in this condition. Lazy quality control for an item that cost me $155.45 AUD. The satchel it arrived in was pierced in several places from rough handling. The least they could have done was use a bubble wrap lined satchel given the price.

I have had nothing but bad experience with this store. Their collector editions are over priced cheap plastics. If items got lost during shipping, they claim no responsibilities.

I ordered a special edition of hi fi rush. The initial order was lost, as a UK buyer using evri seems bad for specialized items. Put in an email to lrg and they sent a replacement pretty sharply. Good help on that front.

I used to order lots of games from LRG, and was happy with them for a while. Then I noticed that more and more "exclusive, limited edition" games were getting standard retail releases in the UK a few months down the line....so if I'd have waited, I could have ordered from here in England, paid cheaper prices, paid in GBP and avoided international bank fees. Then came the cruncher. I had issues and was unable to complete checkout of three items in my cart. I e-mailed LRG Customer Services asking for them to hold the items in my cart, as I was confident that I'd have the problem sorted the next day. (It was the last day of the availability of the three games). They replied and refused to do so, stating that they "never reprint games" (something which has since proven to be a joke). I told them that I wasn't asking them to reprint anything, only to hold the items in my cart until the next day. They ghosted me and the items disappeared from my cart the next day. I decided there and then that that was it, and I haven't spent a penny (or should I say dollar) with them since, and never will again. Since then, there has been the sacking of an employee who wasn't a brainwashed zombie (i.e. she had her own opinion and freedom of expression), reports of Woke politics entering into their games, the 3DO (CDR) affair and various other dodgy things coming to light. Avoid like the plague....LRG does NOT care about it's customers !!
