Limited Run Games delivery time and costumer service
No update on delivery status, even after requesting information. Game was finally sent nearly five months after ordering (sure, it needs to be manufactured, but they could at least give you updates on that), what made this experience even more infuriating is that I had to pay directly after placing my order. Furthermore the item needed to be shipped to Europe (which were additional 15$), which means that all in all I had to wait almost half a year for the video game to arrive, I didn't even feel like playing the game anymore. To be fair the game arrived in good condition, but still it was definitely not worth it and I wish you could cancel your order, which most definitely would have done.
