$6 shipping on an 18oz package traveling within the continental United States.
Shipped on a Monday, didn't show up until a week later.
When told that their shipping method "sucks ass" they tried to lecture me and accused me of being abusive. They could have said "thanks for the feedback. Have a great day" but some Karen wanted to talk crap instead.
I will not be doing business with these clowns in the future.

Ordered a game in March for $73.00
Ordered a game in March for $73.00. It is now June and I have no game.
This looks like a scam.

The Coronavirus to the Gaming Industry
This is, by far, the worst game distributor in the planet, because they engage in crony capitalism, manipulative customer service, and long delays (even without the coronavirus pandemic)!
I preordered a standard edition Tetris Effect soundtrack on DECEMBER 13 2019, but it didn't ship out for five months! Meanwhile, the Democrat governor of North Carolina (the state where Limited Run Games is based off of) has curtailed their operations so much, there was even more delay than acceptable.
You should also know that they steal the rights to indie / Japanese games and make themselves the EXCLUSIVE distributor of those titles. The pre-order system is brutal, as you CANNOT cancel your order once you placed it. They also offer mediocre limited editions as well that are inferior to the original release. Clannad, for example, was released on the Nintendo Switch worldwide last year, but the Japanese gaming market got a special edition with a Drama CD (which basically is a collection of audio tracks that expand on the main story). What did Limited Run Games do? They became the exclusive licensee for a soundtrack that had been out on CD for years in Japan, with a poor-quality cardboard sleeve. If you are going to target every Japanese indie game in existence, they you are a coronavirus.
Overall, we need to stop this bastion of crony capitalism before it's too late.

Awesome products, awesome people.
While some people complain about the delays, and the fact that some of the games they sell are either sold later by other companies or sold in BestBuy, I'm just glad they exist to sell some of the games that would not be available otherwise. There are so many releases that they've made possible that would have been digital only without them. Also, so many of these other "limited release" companies would not exist had they not become successful. They are always up-front about their policies, exclusivity, etc. There are no "games." No lies. These people care about the products they make and do a great job.

The Britta of Video Game Publishers.
They charge you up front, hold on to your money upwards of a year and then finally ship out your item, and when they screw up your shipment they take 2+ months to correct it. They never meet shipping estimates, their website is constantly riddled with inaccuracies due to their constant copying and pasting listings, and they frequently change listing descriptions well after you've made your purchase. They are rarely transparent about their print numbers and alternate availability of titles.

Great company
Great company but you have to be patient with a order. They take long but this is because it is made for you after you place it. It will take time but it will work out in the end and you have a great product.

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. Way overpriced Items and they were supposed to ship in September, got them at the end of February. I will never buy any products from them again. The "protective cases" are very thin plastic and are not sturdy what so ever. They probably cost 30 cents but charge 5-8$ a piece? The items I got were shoddy and paint already chipped off while it was still wrapped in plastic. just awful overall. Avoid at all costs if you are a collector. Don't get scammed like me!

Horrible service, they don't care. They just want your money.
Super slow even when they already have the products in hand! They don't care, they already got your money! Normal pre-orders, yeah sure that would take a while for production, but every year they sell blind box leftovers and overstock (so they already have it all in their grubby hands). When you buy them, they charge you instantly, but then sit on the product for months. That's no exaggeration either. Once I finally get my last order of 4 blind boxes paid for 2 months ago I'm done with them. It's the end of Feb. 2020 and they have yet to ship any blind boxes from 2019! If they really can't handle the volume of business they are doing then they are doing it wrong. Hire some temps or something or outsource to a good logistics company.
