This is a fantastic company. Yes the customer service could do with an overhaul but to be able to buy physical games that otherwise would only be available digitally is a great option to have. Also the people complaining that most games are not Limited anymore are just being selfish. It’s great that everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy these games and not miss out because some people ordered two. One to display and one to play. Or worst to resell. That’s just not fair and this way everybody wins.

I have a love/hate relationship with this company. My biggest problem being their namesake, "LIMITED". They profit off of "fomo", and intentionally make the bare-minimum amount of a product so that it instantly sells out in seconds, leaving many real collectors to have to buy from ebay at inflated prices. On the other hand, they are an independent video game publisher and don't have the means to make a million copies of a game. They eventually started doing open-pre-orders for SOME products, which was a nice change. The biggest problem with the company is their tendency to get way in over their heads. You will be waiting months to get the games you ordered, all while the company lists new games for sale on their website every week. I ordered probably 20 times from them and never missed a package, but they all generally took ages to arrive. This company is built by-and-for people who claim digital only gaming is a terrible future. Yet, they expect me to set alarms and refresh their website over and over, only to have the item sell out as I'm checking out, so now I have to buy it second hand for double+ the price. I no longer buy from them and just get the same games for a fraction of the price digitally on steam or psn sales. This company that prides themselves on physical media actually frustrated me so much that it pushed me into going digital only lol. That being said I do appreciate (on paper) their efforts to give digital only items a life physically. They're getting into selling vinyl records though, which I do still enjoy collecting, so we'll see how that goes.

Their business model is questionable - they create artificial scarcity in the games they produce. But if you accept that, the product is great and the support is excellent.

Good : They will eventually ship your games. Its not a scam company. Bad : Beyond terrible customer service. Heavens forbid if your game needed replacement, or failed to arrive, after it was shipped. First, the response process to your inquiry : it could be anywhere up to 5 days. Well, that turned out to mean 7 days. And if you message them again on day 3....the counter starts over. You could literally message them to THANK them for their response on day 6, and your counter now goes back to 0. You would not hear from them for 2 weeks. They are very , very polite. But they treat their customers with disrespect. What do i mean by this? By claiming that they have to check their inventory for replacement, which ended up taking weeks. For an item that is clearly in stock on their website! The same website whose inventory system is SO VERY REALTIME, that if you missed the purchase on an item on demand by 1 second, it'd run out. How does it take weeks to check for a replacement inventory? In reality, its just a tactic to delay. I rather have an honest response - then this demeaning one. I'd rather be told, hey, we need to wait for 3 months to see if the item is really lost - but don't worry, we will set aside a replacement for you if it doesn't arrive. Its very disrespectful to treat customers as if we can't think critically. But can you call them out on it? You really can't. Being rude to their customer service could be constituted as harassment, which can get you banned, in their FAQ. You are basically stuck, grovelling for weeks for a replacement item that is in stock, despite your item not having arrived. Just keep emailing them once a week, very politely. It'd eventually arrive. Mine came. But i wanted to put the warning up here. Your games will come. Its not a scam. But I hope they fix their customer service. They've got enough sales and a big name now to even enter E3, they should be able to actually revamp their service.
