Used to be good but products are now unreliable and fail after a couple of months of use. Customer service completely ignores warranty claim with only automated responses for months. Don’t buy from this company unless you like burning money.

Don’t bother buying into this company, after many reviews about what they offer seemed better than the phillips hue range, so you know how it is? Choose one company and fill your whole house with those products, i bought about 13 items and trust me this was not cheap at all to fill the house, mainly because i loved the idea of the strip led’s that change so many colours so a fair few hundred pounds down the road i’ve filled every light fitting i can even the bedside lamps So must be 6mths down the road one of the strip lights just refused to work, i reset it and deleted it from network ect and everything to try and get it working again to no joy I bought in the eco system because of the “apparent” excellent warranty they offer for after sales So trying to get on website to go for a refund, new one, or some help fixing it ect you find your self spending and hour running around, looking for dates of purchase for that single light, about 3 serial numbers ect, you name it your there scratching your head because its such a chore So you finish everything required and you send off the info, get email saying merry xmas and have a happy new year a week into jan, so rings alarm bells that no one has updated the reciept, and hear nothing at all back from them, and i still have a faulty light, really bad customer service considering how they go on about if you have a problem no problem ect My suggestion is go with the phillips option at least they had years of good customer service and well known Incidently my partner bought a cheap strip light from amazon, does all the same cost her £15, works perfectly a year on, goes to show you does’nt it some thing are over priced and not worth it when they break in 6mths after big outlay

Very poor customer service supporting a good product. I wouldn't recommend using their bulbs as there is no support when things are faulty.

Complete garbage. Deliberately getting worse. Never seen a company that hates their early adopters in such a manner. Pitiful. Disgusting. greedy young thieves

Completely agree with other reviews, their service is a salad. Bought an item in 2018, I raised a warranty with them after 6 months. and I'm still waiting for my replacement. They're not able to give me a firm ETA or even a rough ETA of 3 months.

I cannot tell you how poor these bulbs are or how bad the customer service is. There is no phone number to contact LIFX. They do not reply to claims to replace broken bulbs. They endlessly cancel the warranty claims. I bought four bulbs and three failed to work within four weeks. I am still stuck with these incredibly expensive bulbs and cannot deal with LIFX at all to get them replaced. I will now contact Amazon and request a refund on those four and another four I bought. Don't waste your money because the stress caused by the zero customer service is not worth it. I liked the bulbs at first but what is the point in expensive bulbs that fail to work so quickly? Stick to Philips Hue that I've had for years without a single issue. Shame on you LIFX. You are a disgrace and what you are doing is illegal in the UK.

Firstly its a shame to see no acknowledgement of their mistakes in reply to these reviews. I own the lifx beam and 2 mini bulbs, when they work, theyre excellent, love the colours and the brightness. But the app, its just awful, since connecting my beam, when I try to change the colour / brightness, it jerks back to another colour or brightness setting, its so frustrating, I dont get why they cant fix this, they're destroying what could have been a great brand. I also keep having to reset the beam which is beyond annoying since I have all my cables and power bricks attached to the underside of my desk. I'm a product reviewer on youtube and will be raising this issue in a video.

Was really pleased with the led strip when it worked. Product flashed rainbow colours after 4weeks. Raised a ‘ticket’ 3weeks ago and still waiting a response - wish me luck and maybe buy Philips Hue.
