I have never tried it in a real emergency but the response during periodic testing seems adequate

My father has used Life Station in the yard, after he fell. The medics appeared within minutes and he was taken to the hospital with a fractured hip. He is 96 and lives alone. This gives me relief, his daughter, in knowing he has got help on the way. It is a very good system, the only complaint I have is my father is hard of hearing and he has accidentally pushed the button and not heard the operator asking if he is ok. But this rarely happens and i would rather have him checked on, knowing he has a way to get help allows him to live alone and this makes him very happy.

This service is typical of the other services out there. A bit expensive. Think about the fall option. A 99 year old friend of mine did not have the fall option. He fell in his house two days ago and they think he was on the floor for 20 hours.

Life Station is a great product. The customer service is excellent. Knowing if health and/or emergency issues are there for they are an unaccountable for being there when we least expect them, with Life Station are alert with all their phones & communication ready 24-7, it is a secure feeling to know one is never alone ,especially in the times we are in need. I would recommend this unit & the service when you think no one is there when you least expect it, there is ....Life Station. Thank you

So far, my equipment has functioned well, and I have tested it several times, but I don't feel that I can give it the highest rating since I haven't had a real emergency.

The system was easy to set up and I like the fact that they handle accidental calls well.

I have no complaints. Fortunately, I have not had to call for help, but when I do my monthly check in everyone is friendly, courteous and professional.
