Very happy .I signed up for my 94 father
Very happy .I signed up for my 94 father .except for 1 glitch of a defective unit which was/quickly resolved .lifestation has given us piece of mind .my father & I are very happy with the service .

Wonderful company!
My mom has had to use them twice and both times they responded quickly and professionally. They've been just great! Have recommended them a few times.

Protection outside home
I wish LifeStation was available outside the home, such as when shopping, traveling etc.

Customer service
They called my phone my wife's phone and 911 but the alarm had not sounded at my mother's house. When I called them about this they would not listen to what I was trying to tell them. There is nuthing made that can't malfunction.

No complaints
I have not had to use Life Station, but it is very comforting just knowing it is around my neck if I need help.
