We have not had to use the emergency …
We have not had to use the emergency part of this yet. But twice my Mom has accidentally pushed the button. We talked to someone over the base unit and they were responsive and reset the unit.

Sometimes the "test" time has been more …
Sometimes the "test" time has been more than a minute, but always very nice staff. One time my mom didn't answer after the alert had been triggered, it was later discovered to be a false alarm, after I was contacted. After some discussion, it was agreed to cancel the EMS. I did appreciate the response from that situation.

Very responsive
Very responsive, the notification we receive that our brothers life station has been activated and the personnel are on the way has been very prompt and has enabled us to get to his home while the rescue personnel are still there.

Excellent product & Superb customer …
Excellent product & Superb customer service! We are extremely pleased with Life Station and I highly recommend this system. I got the system for my father who lives alone and couldn't be more satisfied! Five Stars across the board!!
