Ever since my parents switched to…
Ever since my parents switched to digital machine the delay in response time is horrible.They had an emergency last night and were put on hold with music at 3:45 in the morning!! This is unacceptable what good are you if you don't respond immediately!!!

We are obviously not pleased with the long delay in response time. Though there are times when our monitoring specialists are all busy with other incidents, we still strive to respond to every call as quickly as possible. Please call our 24/7 customer service line at 800.998.2400 and see if we help figure out what is causing the issue with your device.

Service help with new necklace
Service help with new necklace. It was more sensitive than the old one so I needed to adjust the length.

You never know
Last January my dad slipped in the apt. He was alone it was 9:00 in the evening. He pushed the button and within seconds a voice came on asking if he was ok. He told them he needed an ambulance. They placed the call and stayed on with him to make sure he maintained calm and secure knowing he wasnt alone. I cant say enough about the product and the genuine care they take of your loved ones. I do believe anyone living alone should get this no matter what age

We know it can be scary to be alone in a situation like that, so we always make sure to stay with the customer until help arrives. We had if for about 1 year.
We had if for about 1 year.. Cancelled because usier is now in a care center. Not because we didn't like it. Wonderful service and good price.
