Low tech product. Everything has to be done on the phone. No app or website site to do customer service tasks.

Received real fast. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Test call was nice and prompt. I feel more at ease having this for my 80 year old Mom.

I would have given it a five but the battery wouldn't go all day. I have to keep the charger in my pocket to be ready for when the battery goes down or I have to keep it turned off when I'm sitting around so I won't use it up. It's not going to give you a proper walking distance because it reads your arm when it moves even if you're sitting down. I check my heart rate often to remind myself to calm down.

Prompt delivery. Easy instructions. Verifiable results. This little machine does a great job for minimal cost.

I have only had my LifeStation device a short time and haven't had any occasion to use it. I have set it off accidently a few times, and I got a response.
