The first machine that I received was faulty. The red triangle wouldn't go off, and it kept alerting my kids. The next one that you sent me works good. It does give piece of mind.

I Feel comfortable knowing that I have it. I have not had to use it I’ve pretty much stay in the house and could easily trip but I always get up I’m OK. But as I said I do you usually use it check to make sure that it’s on and very happy to have it thank you.

The devise my husband wears as a necklace gives me peace of mind. I'm always afraid he'll fall when I'm not nearby. It activates whenever he drops it or the cat slaps it and an operator immediately askes if he's ok. The only downside is that the fall detector doesn't always work outside but I was made aware of this when we purchased the device. The help button does work outside if he presses it.

The Life Station employee who I spoke with was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I had loads of questions to ask her and she answered all of them making sure that I thoroughly understood the answers before going to the next question. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with her and appreciated the amount of time that she spent with me explaining the various features of the Life Station alert system. I was impressed to hear that the watch that they provide is actually a smart watch which provides the time, weather, pulse rate, etc. I was unaware that any of the medical alert systems provide a smart watch as compared to a simple band which some of my friends have been wearing for years. Now that I've received the watch and charger, I'm delighted by the simplicity of the system. The watch is very comfortable and so far I'm very happy that I decided to go with this company!

Fortunately I have not had to use this for an emergency yet ; however , the set up and representative I worked with were wonderful . Very nice , cheerful , and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid . This alone would make me recommend them.
