It was a false alarm (my dad Alfonso was changing clothes). the call was handled quickly.

My experience was very good. Everything explained to where I understood and all my questions answered. Recommended this to many of my friends w.ho would make their life easier. 😊

Its a great service giving us a peace of mind. Even my elderly mother feels more secure knowing that if she needs assistance, it's just a button away.

We have had this lifestation for about 3 months now. Fortunately we have not had to activate it.. It gives us peace of mind when mom is home alone. Is very helpful staff.

Received the Life Station with no directions. Called to set it up and told person there were no directions with it. So she walked us through. My Mother is 95. The next day my mother had more questions. So we called again. Again I told them there were no directions with the L S Questions were answered. Again we had to call and this time I asked that directions be sent. They were. Everyone we talked to were very nice, helpful and patient with us. I thank all of them for that

It's an easy process and customer service is fantastic, easy to understand, calm and to the point. This product allows a person to feel more confident if something should happen they will be helped within a shirt period if time. Thank you.

LOCK BOX NOT WORKING. CODE GIVEN ME DOES NOT OPEN BOX. CANT USE LOCK BOX. HAVE TO LEAVE DOOR UNLOCKED AT ALL TIMES. CORD THAT HOLDS NECKLACE BROKE TWICE SO USING SHOE STRING.
