I am so happy with LifeStation. I lose my balance alot. I once fell and my cell phone went flying. I couldn't move to reach for it. I was on the floor for four hours, finally my son came home. He had to call 911. I needed help to get up. I sure wished that I would of had LifeStation then. Now I know that if I fall again, I will get help with just a push of a button.

Placed a RETURN call to lifesaving customer service. The representatives, since it took 4 calls to get something done, did not listen, spoke over the top of me and were very unhelpful. My watch did not connect to the cell towers so I had no service. Getting anyone to listen was a big process. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEVICES ARE BIG AND CLUNKY.

I was a week without the button because it stopped working. I was supposed to receive a new wrist band and button. A WEEK WITHOUT HAVING MY EMERGENCY UNIT WORK. When it arrived, it was a band and the backing for the button. NO NEW BUTTON! Something like this has happened before. Will be switching to another company and hopefully they will have "quality control" for their workers and devices. Medical Devices are critical - if they can't even get a request processed accurately, I fear what they would be like in an actual emergency!!

I had placed the order on the 12th of Jan and have the confirmation email from them with the order number. I have called almost every week as our 92 year old aunt has fallen a number of times since and really needs this device. Last week and a second $62 billing on the credit card they apologized for the delay and had elevated the issue to a supervisor who was expediting the order and said we would have it in 2-3 days. Its been another 8 days and still no device. Today (29 days later) they said they would need to redo the whole order including taking more money off the credit card and once again said they would expedite the shipping. This is starting to look more like a scam than a real business. Updated on 02/19/2023: This is the final update to my previous review. After over a month I received a call from Joe telling me they were very sorry for all the delays and stress this had caused us. Joe assured me that the unit would ship the next Monday and he would send me a tracking #, this was Feb 10th. On Monday the 13th I received the tracking number from Joe in an Email. I checked the tracking on the 14th and it showed it had not shipped. Unfortunately on the night of the 14th our Aunt had a fall during the night and with no way to alert anyone she was not found till the next day and passed away in hospital the following day. If she had received medical help earlier the outcome may have been better. Four days later I received a call from Joe expressing condolences and assuring me that the unit had now arrived at our aunt's apartment. There was also another random charge of $99.95 to her credit card.

My mother has been a customer for several years. (She has a lifeline bracelet.) While she loved the product initially, the strap's Velcro wore out last spring, and have not been able to get it replaced since May!! We continually hear that it will be sent "soon," but when it doesn't arrive (we wait a month each time), and then call back we get a different excuse (our warehouse is moving, we are having shipping problems, there are supply chain issues, etc) and a promise that one will be sent out. It is currently being held together by duct tape. 🙄

I was being taken, via wheelchair service, to my departure gate at an airport. Without realizing it, I accidentally pressed the Help button on my device. With all the general airport noise, I did not hear whatever was said by my device. LifeStation used their GPS service to see where I was, then contacted airport security to check on me; security paged me. I reported to security that I was fine and it was all an accident. LifeStation also sent a follow-up message. Lesson: Be more careful clutching my carry-on while riding in a wheelchair and LifeStation does whatever it takes to make sure I’m OK!

I think this place important for everyone, how save to a many people everytime with injury time then of course no one can guess when accident come. Thankyou for service excelent, I wish this place can grow and equip equipment to support the health of anyone in need.
