This company is a scam. I cancelled the service over a year and a half ago and they continue to bill me for the service despite the fact that it was cancelled. I am going to sue this company if I continue to get billed.

People are very compassionate they did not stop my services when I had my stroke and gave me an opportunity to catch up on my bill they always answer the phone very quickly and stay until you get help and I am a forest God appreciate that thank you

I accidently left my Life Station device in the pocket of my slacks. It went through a wash cycle in the clothes washer and also a drying season in the dryer. I immediately called Life Station and was so glad to hear that it was still operating properly. Agents are always pleasant and answer my calls right way.

Fortunately, I have not needed to use my lifestation. I have had several "accidental " button pushes. The instructions of how to cancel it are terrible. Not all the buttons are explained. When it activates accidently, do I push and hold the button, give a quick push, what??? The worst part is that the only warning that it needs recharging is a VERY loud announcement to recharge. This is EXTREMELY embarrassing in public! Why not a yellow warning light that indicates a new charge is needed soon? WHY is the warning so loud? I called customer service and I have it on the lowest volume setting!!! I absolutely hate the cord that came with it. It is too ugly and too long. There are no other choices offered. I was able finally to find a chain that will slip over my head and is not so long. Why don't you offer a selection of other cords, chains, etc. that a customer could order?

One day, my mom left her LifeStation necklace on the bed while she went to get ready for the day. One of the dogs must have stepped on it. When she didn’t answer right away, I received a phone call immediately asking if everything was okay. In the meantime, my husband tried calling her again at the house. He finally reached her to confirm that she was okay. The LifeStation tech kept me on the phone until we confirmed that she was fine. I really appreciated their quick call and patience while we tracked her down in the house. It’s comforting to know they’re there when you need them.
