I had the most wonderful person help me…
I had the most wonderful young lady help me and my phone shut our call off so I could not complete survey . /But I told her you need a raise you are so good at what you do and how you helped me.

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. The representative was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the various options. He was also familiar with our insurer, which was helpful

The people that I talked to were very The people that I talked to were very helpful and patient when I called more than once when making the decision as to what medical alert company would be best for
The people that I talked to were very helpful and patient when I called more than once when making the decision as to what medical alert company would be best for my husband. The amount of information on the internet was overwhelming and it has be difficult determining what I need to do for my husband who has been experiencing falls.
