I haven't received my item as of yet, I've already been charged for the monthly service and I can't even use it. Terrible business

Super easy experience
Super easy experience. Our family is a returning customer so everything carried over seamlessly. Frankie was super helpful on the phone. Knowledgeable about the product and compassionate about our family's needs and concerns. Would recommend this company to anyone!
