Safety first
Sherry was very helpful in selling me a product that I feel is very necessary for the safety in my life. My son will feel very assured that I have the ability to be safe at home and if not have ability to let someone know and then let him know! Very comforting

Christina was more than helpful
Christina was more than helpful. Very patient and explained things that the service covered. I wasn’t aware of the wonderful changes that Medical Alert now has. We were clients till 12/31/2024. We changed our insurance carrier and new insurance does not cover medical alerts.
