The person I spoke to was very informative and friendly,but professional. She answered all my questions quickly. Informed me of the way the wristband works and where I can use it in the country. Even works in the shower when wet. Useful to help give peace of mind when home or away for medical emergencies.

83 years old and still working…
I am 83 years old and still working (from home). Even though I live alone and am very healthy, I feel I should have some type of protection. I ordered the necklace. It was a great experience because "Justin" was very pleasant to deal with. We discussed which product would best serve me and in no time the transaction was completed.
