I recently established care with a new…
I recently established care with a new provider - Gisela Ayub Nurse Practitioner. She is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring provider. She listened to my concerns and made some great suggestions. I highly recommend Gisela.

Who would risk this happening? There was clearly a problem with the…
I was waiting at home, expecting to see the therapist show up on my screen at the appointment time and he says he was waiting for me to show up on his. I waited a full hour. Nothing. Now they insist on charging me $60 for a missed appointment. I will not pay it but they are hounding me for the money. And who would risk another appointment?

I am leaving my therapist who I really…
I am leaving my therapist who I really like and has helped me a lot. I loved Lifestance until they changed their late fee policy. Now you have to give 48hrs notice or be charged $100. I'm a SAHM of 2 kids, sometimes my kids wake up sick. Or I am sick. I try my best to give 24hrs if possible. I have been charged $400 in late fees. That's almost more than what I've paid in actual therapy. Im sorry but I just can't afford that and I dont know who can in this economy. Also now I have more anxiety about having to find a new therapist and med provider.

High Costs and poor audio for virtual
My biggest concern is costs which aren't listed up front. We had a 15 minute virtual meeting and got charged $425. Then cancellations are $100. It was difficult hearing the doctor on the virtual call as they were working from home and having some issues with the audio. When i called to mention the cost was really high for only 15 minutes and about the sound they pretty much said oh well and the only thing they can do is maybe a payment plan. My concerns are more with the company than the doctor we spoke to. I wouldn't suggest Lifestance health

Bad company
Bad company. Take your health issues somewhere else. Charged me over $1000 for appointments my kids did not even go to. They do not mail any invoices, only send invoices to their company portal/ app for you to pay. Dumb policy, lazy non helpful. Do exactly the opposite of what they are supposed to be in business for. Way to cause stress and anxiety.

My practitioners, nurse, mary abbott is so understanding welcoming and always happy to see me.I feel I can tell her anything in the whole world.And I would recommend her to the whole entire world
My practitioners nurse is very understanding.She listens to everything I say.And hangs on to every word I feel as though I can tell her anything and she does not judge me.

Clear direct communication
Clear direct communication without a lot of fluff. Exactly what I need in communicating important topics with a TBI. A good example of your medical provider. Working with you for the best outcome not just telling you what you should have been doing.
