Dealing with depression and anxiety
I worked with Beth Feist and Dan Knoll. Beth was very reassuring and listened to my concerns. She had great suggestions to help me deal with my anxiety and depression. Dan was awesome. After dealing with my primary doctor for almost 9 months without much relief, Dan took over and had me feeling my old self in a short amount of time. So glad I was able to get in when I did with little wait times. I would definitely recommend this place.

Terrible pretty much all the way around
Terrible admin, billing and treatment of their doctors. You and your provider are just a number. And this coming from a two year patient. They’re a publicly traded……

Caring & Knowledgeable
I have been very impressed with the providers that are working with me. They care for the patients and are knowledgeable. Much better services than the other large group in the Knoxville area.

I’ve never had a worse psychiatrist…
I’ve never had a worse psychiatrist than Dr. Sondrrgard. He’s like a blank wall with no empathy and no compassion whatsoever. He wanted to take me off stuff I’ve been on for years and was helping me, but he didn’t wanna help me get to sleep!

Scam
I never saw a therapist or any doctor at a LifeStance location. Here is why. I don't have insurance to cover mental health so I was going to self-pay. They sent me a good faith estimate but they couldn't or wouldn't tell me how much my initial visit would be. They wanted a credit card on file before my appointment. I had read reviews where they charged clients excessively and I could see that potentially being a problem. I have NEVER been to a doctor or therapist that couldn't tell me what I would be charged. Who would give anyone permission to charge a credit card without knowing how much first? Scam is written all over this company.
