I’m very comfortable with my therapist, Kristen. She’s a great listener and offers validation and helps me think of solutions. The only pain is filling out the online “paperwork” for every appt.

Ive been seeing a Nurse Practioner with Lifestance Health for several years now. She's friendly and caring, empathic, encouraging and always easy to connect with. She responds quickly to any question or concern I send her via the patient portal text msg system. Last month I was out of state and tried to call the office to reschedule an appt I had that was not for a week but the weather was so bad I wasn't sure I'd be able to get home in time. I called multiple times and was on hold a long time with each call and never could get anyone to answer. Desperately I reached out to NK, my Nurse Practioner, through the msg portal and as usual she answered right away and in spite of having to rearrange her schedule to fit me in she was understanding and so very gracious. The only problems I've ever had with Lifestance has been with the Customer Service Dept(not answering and the Billing Dept. I think the problem with Billing was due to new software and the rapid growth of the company.. Even with that everyone Ive spoken with has been kind and professional
