My therapist Pam Zirkle
My therapist Pam Zirkle. I could never fully explain how amazing she is! I had tried many times to address my childhood in therapy but had given up, and was resistant to try again. She changed that after a few weeks of marriage counseling. I started 1 on 1 w/her and it has changed my life! You are very lucky to have her!

Lifestance is great
Lifestance is great. They get things done quickly. Very proficient. I love my provider. I'm going to be starting therapy soon too.

Not again
I tried going to them twice my experience was the worst and then I get an outrageous charge I don’t know what the charges are for & I have Insurance, therefore, no thank you for me but to each it’s own.

Never told me the therapist I was…
Never told me the therapist I was seeing was suddenly out of network and had to go through so much to get in contact with a manager. Can never accurately tell you if the provider is in network. I have called 3 times in 2 days and got 3 different answers. I got a bill in August 2026 for therapy back in MARCH of 2024. I have reached out on several accounts, several different ways, and been pushed to the side in regards to financial assistance. I genuinely don't think this company is in it for mental health. They truly are just awful all around.

Good people bad company
My therapist is great and costs me about $50/hour after my insurance, my med provider is not stellar and costs over $200/hr after insurance. The company as a whole is your classic private equity, make money at the expense of anyone but those at the top. Also extremely predatory cancelation fees that actually incentivizes LifeStance to increase cancellation percentages of patients, At the expense of the patient and the clinician. I’ve had multiple issues resolved via customer service but I’ve only been ignored when trying to address the issues with fees and billing in general. Customer service is outsourced and in my experience, poor.

They discriminate based on age
They discriminate based on age. They act like it’s perfectly normal, but I’m actually shocked they haven’t been sued.
