Everyone I've had contact with has been very helpful in getting the correct dosage but also my overall health condition. Interviews have been positive and upbeat. The medication has been arriving timely so I haven't missed a dosage. I look forward to continuing my treatment using LifeMD.

It's been 12 days and no prescription yet. They do everything to delay the process. They put me on hold for so long overtime I call until it finally hangs up. They are not returning my message.

Between the months membership fee and the cost of the medication it ends up being close to 400 a month compare other apps tha offer GLP-1 injections this by far the most costly. I hope they cam just charge for the medication and not the membership fee or at least lower the cost.

They have hidden fees that I was not aware of. I was never explain nor selected a membership and they decided to charge me the highest membership rate which I never selected. Called for refund but that was not an option even thought I never made that selection.

Very expensive; per she have a monthly membership fee and then you have to pay for the shot and it's expensive so when Insurance doesn't pay for it for whatever reason you're paying basically twice in one month. I've been so dissatisfied with the cost and the side effects, but I'm seriously thinking about dropping out.

Ursula was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
