Stephanie was fantastic. She was very patient with me and explaining certain issues that I had or questions that I had she made me feel very comfortable. She was very kind and she knew exactly what she was talking about and the questions that I asked that she didn’t know the answer to she was very honest and was telling me that she doesn’t know the answer, but reassured me that when I have my appointment with my physician that they would be able to answer certain questions she’s great and amazing and I would 100% use her again if I could.

Been spending days/weeks trying to get someone to help with my account, being charged but can't book appointments and chat has refered me to have to call in, I called in twice , sat on hold for over 30 min, never picked up. Requested an automated call back on my third call, and a day later still haven't received one.

Prescriptions are hard to refill. I can never get a hold of anyone. It takes way too long. It is extremely frustrating. I pay too much money for this crappy service
