LifeMDReviews of lifemd.com

I really wish zero stars was an option. I signed up for LifeMD. The signup and first zepbound shipment went smoothly. And then came the monthly refill process. I had repeated call customer service each month to get a refill. Promises would be made that a refill would be called in to my local pharmacy but then it wouldn’t be so I had to call back. Patient portal messages to the Care Team went unanswered entirely. I finally asked whether I could just cancel and get a refund (and find a local Dr.). Without responding, LifeMD simply cancelled my account. I had been messaged the Care Team for over a week unsuccessfully (no replies) but they could figure out to cancel my service in minutes! So I asked for a refund of the $297 paid a week ago for the next 90 days. They refused explaining that the paid was already earned by them under their “terms of service”. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST SUBSCRIBING TO LIFEMD. Their customer care is horrendous. Go see a local physician. Much, much easier.

Lifemd is a Scam. I found out they charged on credit card a monthly fee plus meds that they don't tell you about. They have charged my card over $1000 in 2.5 months before I realized it. I called yesterday to cancel meds and I checked my card this morning and found a another charge of $299.00 from yesterday. This company is a fraud

they suck, they sent me the join meeting 20 minutes after the call was supposed to happen. they also denied issuing a refund because they say I did not show up. which is completely false. Ast Rue

You CAN NOT cancel your membership online. Even if you cancel online (its a Bear to Find!), they will keep charging your credit card! They have a policy that says you have "3-DAYS" to dispute any charge they put on your Credit Card. I ask any of you ... Do you check your credit card statement, or go online and check your card every 3-days after every charge to any and or all vendors?? They are NOT good people.

They electronically fulfilled my prescription and charged my credit card on a weekend without any human/Dr. contacting me to confirm my online application request. I sent an lifeMD online message and email requesting them to halt all transactions immedialy the same day they emailed about fullfilling it even before the product was sent. They said No refunds regardless of my interventions. Horrible service. I have never had a prescription filled before talking to a Doctor as they said they would.... So they cancelled my online account.....

Total lies in their marketing. Bait and Switch. They say you will get the Rx for the monthly fee but they don't provide the Rx. You have to use your insurance to pay for the Rx or out of pocket. Liars. $888 a year for nothing at all. Not anything but a scam.

This company Life+me did not tell me until after I paid a subscription fee and after I had spoke with Samantha she went through all my meds and other Conditions I have then decided I don't qualify for the program. Waste of time and money. The customer service was not helpful. Everything should of been stated before they took my money. Disappointed in this company. I will never refer this company to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never got my mediation after $400 in fees, couldn’t get a response for anyone for weeks, and then my account was “cancelled” at my request which totally deleted my chat in the app. Calling was no use and got the same run around with no solution, no response to email and no response from the medial team. This is a huge scam. Save your money.
