At first, I liked this app, as it was a comfort blanket knowing by 11 year old daughter was safe i.e. getting on the bus alone, walking from the bus stop, etc. However it has not worked for over 3 weeks, I have emailed the company a number of times and I have not heard anything from them  I don’t trust this app, it compromises safest and security. Which I am not willing to accept.

I have always liked this app as it provided reassurance as to 12 yr olds whereabouts - eg left school, got off bus - but over last 48 hrs it shows her as not having left home depute been phone going to school 17 miles away last 2 days!! It’s really not good enough as it compromises safest and security

Life 360 is absolutely brilliant. It enables me to keep a track of my Wife’s whereabouts with such accuracy that I have enough time to turn the TV off and get the vacuum cleaner out for when she walks through the front door.

One of the worst app i have ever seen

It is very inaccurate. For example, it said my granddaughter left my house 6 different times today when she has been at work since this morning. This app used to work well. I don't know what happened.

I purchased the product and was enjoying the purchase. However, the program does not give you warnings if you accidentally "purchase a circle" membership will bill and you get no refunds for duplicate purchases. To cancel the program it is challenging and the clarity for the agreement of purchasing services if unsupportive - specifically if you struggle with reading (dyslexic) trying to call or reach someone for support is challenging at best. This is not a program I would recommend due to the limited support in customer service via phone, limited notices and up front business practices and refusal to give refunds for duplicate purchases. I have had to file a better business complaint and see they are not registered with the BBB and have had similar complaints to he one I am expressing. Overall the experience has been very challenging and less with the product more with the business practices/services

I had life 360 on my old Phone, got a new phone will not let me reset my password. Asked for support from a Joshua, who has responded and still not working. Asked for help on again, even a phone call. NO RESPONSE 😡 Bad customer service. I really liked life 360 was good. But I'm not getting much support from them.

My family has been using the free version. I was recently in an accident and Life360 texted me and contacted my family members that I was in an accident. They then contacted them again saying I was okay. I recommend this app. We have been using it for a couple years now and it has been great. This is a great app to have.
