When my daughter several years ago bought me some Tiles. It was Brilliant. Since Life360 took it on Im hesitant to award even 1🌟. I have misplaced one tile it wont lead me to it, but suggests many times a day that I change the battery. There must be some battery life as it has been saying this for months. They tried overcharging me. But I found an alternative product better and less expensive and less devious in their practices.

We have had the Life 360 App for years and enjoyed using the App while our daughter was away at college. Also, our dogs enjoyed the App's sound of the notifications that someone had arrived home. But recently I decided to use the App only to find out that our "gold" plan had been turned into a "free" plan and we were still paying the "gold" price of $14.99 a month. I, of course, tried to reach out and contact the company only to find that there is no way to speak to anyone about anything, only to chat and have to type everything out. The company could not provide any background data or information on how our membership got "demoted" and or willing to provide any type of compenstation like a free month or reinstatement. Now, a monthly increase seems to be happening and I plan to utilize our Verizon Phone Plan, Verizon Family, since we already have a phone subscription with Verizon. I would have like to stay with Life 360 but with no customer service but chatting, and we have been members for 3-4 years, and no customer loyalty, we have decided to look elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Once signed up and paying it is impossible to cancel. I'm still struggling as they confirmed subscription was cancelled yet they keep taking money from my account

If you're thinking of buying a Tile, do not! You will not get past sign-in. They now have two apps – Life360 and Tile – which will send you in an authentication loop. One wants you to log-into the other in order to add the Tile. If you manage to sign in to Tile itself to add the actual physical tile via scanning the QR code at the back, you'll get an error. Their support is an AI chat bot that just keeps saying "you are right" but not suggesting any actual solutions. Just awful.

App is rubbish. Right now its telling me my sonnis at home, he went out a hour ago 🙄 and yes everything is set up correctly. Sometimes I get notifications saying he’s left school on a Saturday ! Then other days it works fine. I don’t recommend the app to anyone.

This app is proving to be nothing but useless garbage! I use it to monitor my teens driving but it ALWAYS freezes up, making it completely useless! I would gladly pay triple the price for another app of this sort that ACTUALLY does what it is supposed to do! The Life 360 App is complete trash!! smh

Paid for an annual subscription, and they decided mid-billing cycle to increase their prices. While they did "prorate my adjustments", I've already paid for a year. Their communication about this was NOT clear that I would be charged this, only that plan prices were changing. The app is full of scummy "ads" that I can't disable. e.g. I get a "weekly driving report" notification that I can't disable, and it goes to a page that is plan-locked for features I don't have with no recourse to disable the notification.
