Highly unaccurate location. It says people have entered my location when they are several roads away driving past. Customer support is non-existent. I have tried to contact them several times and not got a response, then a week later I get an automatic message asking me to rate the response from them, and they haven’t responded at all. They offer paid plans but if they can’t respond and aren’t accurate there’s absolutely no point paying for it.

I have the app and sometimes it shows Someone’s location in one area and at the same time it would show notification such as drive completed 1mile so hard to decide the accuracy

So pleased I had this app on my new Apple 12 phone ($1000). Seems I accidentally dropped my phone while grocery shopping and so I asked customer service if someone had turned it and they said no. Got home and remembered the Life 360 app. Used it to track the phone to a house where police met us nearby and got the address from us. They doubted the accuracy of the app and gave us a report for insurance but said they would knock on the door just in case. We were all amazed that the people gave the police the phone and they returned it to me. The officer said they had never seen an app be so accurate. It was such a great ending and wouldn't have happened without Life360. Thanks!

id be lost without this app and its the best I've had to be honest. 1 of the reviews does make me wary of the whole sharing data thing, but as for life in the 80s as someones review mentions, life was different than it is now and we don't live in a safe place anymore! so for now this app gives me reassurance and accurate locations as to where I need to reach my child! if I didn't have the app I would panick like mad! no way would i forgive myself if I couldn't reach my child in an emergency! the app shows exact street and house and thats what I want. life was different when I was a child so we didn't need tracking, but since the Internet was invented the world has gone worse! so I'm thankful for the app to ease my mind when my childs out. yes the app can sometimes freeze and you have to wait for it to locate again, but its not a massive thing unless it did it constantly

Great app works well 99% of the time. Allows you to monitor families where about. All the negative reviews are nonsense.

Har brugt denne app i et års tid, men synes nu den virkelig er blevet utrolig utroværdig. Skriver at sønnike har forladt huset tidligt morgen og er hjemme igen kl 9. Det ved jeg ik er sandt, da jeg selv har været hjemme i denne coronatid. Udover det, så melder den meget sent med hvor tlf. Og sønnike befinder sig, man kan slet ikke stole på den..Kan ikke anbefales...

Hi my name is Kelly and I am a mom of three teenage kids. I have had life360 for my kids for 2 years and it has been okay to keep track of them BUT I highly suggest NOT using this app. My kiddos would come home from school and it would still say they were at school or somewhere they had to be but all three of them were at the house. This app glitches way too much and I know that their location was on. If you’re a parent I highly recommend not using this app. Because if you read the privacy policy, it can sell the kiddos data related to: location, driving habits, registration details. They can sell this information to insurance companies. I’ve been letting my kids go wherever but would have to have curfew and this app detects crash detect which I thought was a helpful thing. If the app detects an accident then the kid can be a designated unsafe driver, insurance premiums go up for the rest of their life, and there definitely OTHER less invasive location trackers. The same data can also affect health insurance premiums as well. Once again, I have decided to delete this app because whenever I was a teenager life360 and iphones did not exist. I had the appropriate amount of freedom when I was a teenager but I still had curfew. I didn’t feel like my privacy was invaded. I have grown to trust my kids and hope that they make wise decisions. If you want to build trust with your kids give them a curfew and don’t always have the need to watch them every minute of their life. Parents we wouldn’t like that if that we’re us in the 80’s.

Jeg har nu brugt Life360 i ca. 1,5 år. for godt et år siden, var mit abonnement pludselig ændret, så jeg kun kunne se to dage tilbage. Det blev hurtigt ændret, da jeg kontaktede dem og fortalte, at jeg havde et årsabonnement. Men nu er den gal igen. Jeg har fornyet mit abonnement for et år i oktober og alligevel her i december kan jeg igen kun se 2 dage tilbage. Jeg har desværre troeder for meget på denne app, og ikke noteret mine kundebesøg, da det hele jo kan hentes en md. bagud på app'en ØV ØV :( Jeg har skrevet 3 gange til dem men har stadig ikke hørt fra dem
