Doesn’t even deserve a star! The service is terrible and don’t bother reaching out for support. They ignored me on my emails and never replied on Facebook either. Does anyone know an alternative? This app crashes all the time and hasn’t updated my daughters location for nearly a month now.

The Life360 app is becoming much more annoying than it is useful! It doesn't track the way it used to, and I have continually close and open the app if I want it to update. I'm looking for an alternative. This app is just too cumbersome to use anymore.

I absolutely do not like the new policy about being automatically logged out of one device because I’m on another…I have 2 devices and need it on both…

New to Life360 after our 3 daughters invited us into their circle. I upgraded "just in case." Tonight 2 of our girls were rear-ended on the interstate, their car was totalled. Life 360 notified their sister immediately and before the girls in the car could call for help, the police were on scene as they'd also been notified of the accident. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews, but for us, tonight, we're 2 thumbs up! Thank you!!

If I could leave a no star I would I don’t recommend this app they have took over $65 in the last 2 days from my card and they have a phone number that is fake on the website and I have written the support on email and they don’t respond I hope people pay attention cause they have families locations and they can’t be reached in a world of human trafficking this is beyond concerning to the point I have reported them to the police and to a lawyer cause for some reason they can’t be trusted with my card that a free monthly trial has turned into $65 in 2 days when a month is $14.99 don’t put your family in danger with this app like I said it’s now a open investigation with apple and my bank and local police

The app claims that my child is in one place when they are actually in a completely different one. If you're a parent who wants to know that your child is always where they should be so you don't freak out, the app will occasionally make you extremely anxious. Even when you repeatedly try to refresh, there are times when it remains inactive for a very long time. I wish they would work on improving their tracking and location. It can be a really good app because I like it when I can see that my child is moving from one location to the next.

Was wonderful in the beginning Did exactly as advertised But soon after purchasing premium it doesn’t keep up with location and states inaccurate information of family members travel NO CUTOMER SUPPORT ON APP only frequently asked questions and how to fix yourself 🙃🙁

If you have a teenager like I do and if they want to go out bad enough like mine does they will find a way to halt location data. She said several of her friends have the same app with their parents and it’s a very easy function for the children to be able to shut the app off or even shut Wi-Fi off. Either this place needs to step up their game plan or hire a couple of 17-year-old kids I think this is a very poorly run app
