Got a Tile Sticker 14 months ago, and it just died, even though it was advertised as having 3-year battery lifespan. It stopped working unexpectedly. Furthermore, I contacted Customer Care Team (which you can only contact through the app, not an email), and they suggested me "purchasing a new one" :) because the warranty finished 2 months ago. Imagine that? So they sell this product saying it will last 3-years but no accountability when it stops working 2 years earlier. Im not sure if this qualifies as false advertisement, but I feel I got scammed. UPDATE: I'm changing my experience from 1 to 3. First, I wrote them an email asking for help. This email automatically told me to write their Customer Care Team (CCT), which turns out is only through the app chat (but that wasn't clear in their email). After their CCT agent told me that I should purchase another one, I received another answer to the same email the next day. Surprisingly, this other agent was very polite and understood my situation and quickly sent a new Tile back. I appreciated that.

We began using Life360 as to track my elderly father. Once he was no longer able to drive we tried shutting it down. I was able to close down my dads and mine, but my husband continues to get charged several months later. We've followed all the instructions, we've tried chatting with them, there are no phone numbers to call. My husband logs into his account, it shows Free Membership, the Google Play Store says the subscription has expired but we are still getting charged every month.

The newest update is bad compared to before. The biggest disappointment is that it no longer says how far someone is from you. You can no longer map to the person like before. I used the distance from me constantly. I also don't like the cartoon-like appearance. I don't use Waze because it feels cheap and cartoonish and now 360 is feeling the same. Bring back the old look and features.

I paid for a yearly membership. It works fine but the ads across the top and bottom of the screen are annoying. It also continues to ask to upgrade any time I add a new location when I already have a paid subscription. VERY ANNOYING. Once the year is up, I will most likely find something better.

The app does let you see where your "circle" is when driving, but there's so much crap on the screen you can't hardly see your circle member. The bottom half is "get directions" and "weekly report" and then all over the map is "Love ya" and "ETA?". Too much. I can't hardly tell where my member is.

So my niece was killed in a car accident on September 16th 2023. The driver has just got away with his driving because the life 360 couldn't be used in court. The life 360 showed his driving from the moment she got in the car. 36mph in a 30mph 84mph in a 50mph 74 mph in a 50 mph 80mph in a 40mph to 30mph on the road they crashed The driver a serving soldier walked free from court. With only a 10 month suspended sentence and a 2 year driving ban. Apparently the life 360 is an American app and not reliable. That's according to the police. Would love to speak to someone from the creator of the app to discuss it

Used to be a 5 but the constant ads and particularly for crypto is disappointing.
