Looking at their score of 1.6 I probably don’t need to review life360! I wanted to report my pet lost which is one their functions - but you have to be over 18. And you cannot add your birthday to prove that you are! Who designed this program?? Their response was create a new account!! Have been contacted by Alex of Life 360 who solved the problem. The problem I believe is that I was dealing with AI! Humans needed. Thanks Alex

Have used for years, works great. Now that my son has gone to college in a different time zone it is frustrating that you can't set what timezone they are in. If they fixed that it would be perfect!

I have the free version. It works great for my son's and I but my wife's location keeps on shutting down and it goes to while using from alway. She keeps resetting it but it shuts down every 2 days . Has anyone experienced this and how did tgey fix the problem?

Overall a good experience. I havent had any issues yet. Our family circle is good and we are able to monitor teen driving. I like it.

This app has been very helpful when our family members are traveling. It’s nice to know where our family members are and if they have arrived safely. However, I have gotten 2 requests from someone I do not know who wants to join our circle. I’m beginning to think the app isn’t as safe as I thought it was.

I absolutely love this app. It has saved me countless hours worrying about where members of my family are and let’s me know how long before they are home. Also tells me when they’re driving badly too! Occasionally location doesn’t work for no apparent reason - that’s why it’s not a 5 star review

So I contacted customer services for life 360 and after 5 days of emails my app seems to be working.Their advice is for everyone in youre group to sign out of the app force closure.turn mobile phone off then after 2 minutes turn phone back on and sign back in to life 360.Mine has been accurate today when my husband left home and arrived at work.Give it a try
