This app used to be great, and when it works its useful. However, recently people are frozen in the same location for hours. People frozen driving on the M6 and apparently there all day! Its unreliable now and causes more anxiety then reassurance. Sort it out...

I have struggled with this for 6 months. I’ve turned on everything known to man to allow me to see where my mother is. Everyday it states no network or phone turned off. Which neither are the case. I have to tell her to open the app every day to get her location. Sometimes it notifies me she has left and most times it doesn’t. I paid for a full yr and I will not renew my subscription. No customer service support number to even call someone. It’s sad that the result of customer support is by stupid email waiting for someone to answer.

I have contacted support many times. There is no support. I have asked to speak with a human …ya right🤪 I have been in the same location for a week. Not much help to family 😬👎

Constantly dropping out and locking. Refresh after refresh and still locking on a location from an hour previous..absolutely rubbish

I found out that they have been selling my personal information by default. Why is this on by default. They also raised their rate 50%. There are many services like life360 so take a look around before you buy. Who gets a 50% pay increase anywhere in the US? They raised rates and sold my personal info.

As a safety-focused service, I expected better responsiveness and availability from their team. Life360 should prioritize effective communication, such as utilizing their app's "My Inbox" feature. Furthermore, the support team's unclear hours and lack of 24/7 availability is concerning for international travelers like myself. Overall, Life360's disappointing customer support has left me considering other options, despite their app's useful safety features. I hope they address these concerns to improve their services for all clients.

I absolutely love this app. It has saved me countless hours worrying about where members of my family are and let’s me know how long before they are home. Also tells me when they’re driving badly too! Occasionally location doesn’t work for no apparent reason - that’s why it’s not a 5 star review

This app has been brilliant. As an anxious parent when my child started secondary school I downloaded this app. Myself, my husband, and my child all have it. It took the stress out of him taking the bus on his own in the first months. Now it continues to keep my mind at rest when I can see where my child is on his journey home. The best thing I’ve ever downloaded
