This app is useful when it works but it is not reliable and you should not rely on it to track the location of your kids. Make sure you have a backup tracking option, such as family link. We tried a few other similar apps. But they all seem to have reliability issues. It will randomly stop working when you actually need it, it will report wrong locations, it will alert you that your kids have left the house in the middle of the night when they are sleeping and all kinds of other issues. This is not a 1 off either, these issues have occurred on every single one of my kids phones at some point over the years we have been using the app. The customer service and support is completely useless and they are clueless and don't give a damb, not even if your child has gone missing and you cannot track them. The only solution they give you to these issues is that the user with issues has to keep resetting their password, reinstalling the app and even completely deleting their life 360 account and create a new one. I have explained to them several times that having to keep doing this defeats the point in the app. If your child has gone missing or is lost or needs your help and you need to know where they are then you obviously don't have access to their phone to perform all this troubleshooting nor can you ask them to, especially if you cannot even contact them. They can't seem to grasp this and just don't care. We had a serious issue in the past where one of kids was being chased by a gang who were going to hurt him or worse and called me for help, but life 360 had stopped working.

La usavo per l'integrazione con Home Assistant. Ora non è piú possibile e quindi sia io che i miei famigliari l'abbiamo abbandonata. By bye storditi

Not sure how, but was tricked into subscribing without any checks or balances - at no point did I accept any payment, but they took it anyway.

A few problems. 1: They are charging massive amounts per month, just to boost their profits massively and share prices. With big increase in 2024. 2: They have been busted selling tracking data to third parties more than once and still do. 3: App is good but they scrapped the website version which was massively useful. So they have cut development costs despite massive profits. A money making, data selling service that only cares about itself. They should be investigated by the government.

I like the app but it could be better. Also I would pay if it was a better app. It’s not professional enough. Also too many bits on the screen that are unwanted and cannot turn off. Eg. ETA…

NOT life and death protection. Interesting and handy. If you zoom in, you can get satellite view and even show when the person is in a store! Often loses a car I'm following, and I have to close and reopen the app. Don't know if it's the app or cell service causing it. The only way I know it's lost the connection is the vehicle stays in one spot longer than seems possible. However, it is good enough, that I thought it was worth paying for, at least for a while, so I bought the $50 a year gold membership. First time I tried to set up a gold feature, I got a prompt for a password (I didn't know I had one.) I chose not to try resetting it for fear I'd be resetting my Apple password, and that would be a big pain. I searched the help (no help), tried contact and got more FAQs. Finally, I had enough. OK, $50 for one year, then back to free version only. NO help means no more money. Worse than AT&T or Microsoft.
