Unable to cancel membership. My family used this for a few months and was a decent enough service while we wanted it. However, once we decided we no longer wanted to use it there is NO WAY to cancel. They say cancel on their website and there is no option. Don't trust this company. Now waiting over 24 hours for a response from customer service about this. I've heard nothing from them.

My car simply won't do 116mph and in heavy traffic. Un-installed the app!!!

Life360 has many features that can give you peace of mind about your relatives. I didn't know that it could even track your landing and notify your circle that you had a safe flight. Yes, it has some minor issues, but they don't bother me when I know that my family is safe

Life360 Platinum is the worst $25 a month you could spend. Better off burning it or giving to a rescue shelter. Farmed out their roadside assistance to a call center in South America. Same center handles Allstate, etc and others. There is no service when you need it, just collecting monthly checks. The more you know.

They have no customer support line. You cannot speak with a human. They have a chatbot that doesn't understand English. You will be asked to submit an email address and then never hear from them. It's nearly impossible to delete your account so they just keep charging you. If you want to cancel before the trial is over it's practically impossible to do so. My friend's Life360app was showing her in 4 different locations at the same time including states in which she has never been. Such a waste of money.

What a crappy experience. All of these services can be found eleswhere for free and lots of things are included in auto insurance. In addition, managing the membership is very complicated and I was billed for another year even though on the app it said I needed to restore my purchase. I did not choose this but guess what happened. Poor app, poor customer service. Run away!

This app is not reliable. It said that was in places at times when I was definitely elsewhere. I has to avail of CCTV from an independent party to prove my location. A scary and upsetting experience.
