Absolute rubbish app, got it to keep an eye on my 13 year old when she's going to/from school. It never has accurate locations and shows she's not at school until ages after she gets there. Had it tell me at 9 at night she's left her dad's house while staying the night, just for me to ring and see she's still at his. Had it say she's left my house after 10 at night when she's clearly in her bedroom! Honestly way off and useless if you're wanting to know where your kids are when they're not home.

Wrong location alerts. Example my location alerted left house while I'm in bed. Then arrived at work one hour later again while I'm in bed and my work is 5 min away. I tried to get customer help but only got a robot. This is a serious issue for I have a daughter and I need trust. Clearly your company is compromised so I can no longer trust your company!

I have the free version. It works great for my son's and I but my wife's location keeps on shutting down and it goes to while using from alway. She keeps resetting it but it shuts down every 2 days . Has anyone experienced this and how did tgey fix the problem?

Ultimate fail. Had head on last night with no nottices sent to family members State Farm called immediately when detected.

The 1* reviews here are pretty unhelpful--I think people only come here when they have problems (and with tech a few will have problems), but given the relatively few reviews I think even that is a testimony to how well this works! We live in a rural area and a trip to town is 1-2 hours, so knowing when someone is in town or if they've left is super helpful because when can pick up something we need. We have been using the free Life360 app with my kids, my parents, and my brother and his family for at least a couple years and are upgrading to platinum because it has worked so well--and we want the extra features. Very happy with this app. Thank you Life360.

App did not work. Tried to cancel immediately. Impossible to cancel and no way to contact them except virtual assistant, which does nothing. You have to cancel through Google Play but if you don’t have that, forget it. We are still being charged two months later and have threatened legal action.

I have the free version of this app. Nonetheless, you would expect it to work well. I installed this app so that I could be aware, in case of an emergency, of the location of my 82-year old father, who has a number of health conditions. Yesterday, he went missing and when I tried to find his location on the app, it did not work, telling me that he needed to turn off battery optimisation. His phone was going to voicemail, texts were not delivering and there was no way to get in touch with him. We ended up having to call the police and thankfully he was eventually found safe and sound. However, the Life360 app is useless in the event of an emergency. I installed it precisely for this reason and it failed me when I needed it most.
