Scammed me for 900$, no refund even when the seat is too small to fit you, stay away from them, you'll be better with 200$ chair and leg rest for 20$ trust me.

This company should spend more on ensuring they can get the correct labels on their shipments, and less on influencers. The shipping company notified me of a delay in the shipment due to a label issue (and to contact the shipper). Upon contacting LiberNovo, they sent me back to the shipping company. Hours of pinging between AI agents, the shipping company informed me to reach back out to LiberNovo. I'd believe the chair is decent (wondering when and if I'll ever receive it). However... any potential purchaser should be ready to have a lot of their time wasted by this company.

The base/seat not having a function to slide back and forth is a real bummer. The way it's positioned makes me feel like I'm being pushed to the edge of the seat. I'm not tall at all, 5'7".

Leaning back- excellent, comfort- excellent. Good for working, but the GOAT for gaming. I can sleep in this chair with no back problems.

Dont buy this chair. It doesnt have a locking mechanism for the back rest so it feels like it pushing you put of the chair. Then when you tru to return they want pictures of every pice and the whole box it came in aka make it as hard as possible to return it. They won't send you a return label unless you do so. The. They wasnt you to pay to send it back. Chaor is a joke and company is a Joke.

Pretty good chair, and comfortable. the back rest flows with your spine and adapts effortlessly. I would purchase again. Delivery (via FedEx) was too notch and timely.

I bought this chair in January. However I was not able check it carefully immediately... I unpacked and mounted it in March 26 and had tested it for a month trying to understand how comfortable it was. Advertisements all over the Internet promised that it's the best chair ever, but the reality turned not slightly different, but completely opposite. The chair is designed for short people with the height up to 160cm - not taller. I am 176cm and it is not possible to find a good position on the chair because the sit is extremely short, causing legs to hang all the working day. Back support is also so-so, because it's narrow. Eventually, the chair caused extreme backpain much worse than I had before. I contacted the support and complained. Any you know what? They just said the the return window has been closed. They just do not care how drastic they make your health to decline for your money. Advertised massage feature is just a marketing that does nothing except pushing you off the short seat. Perfect way to remind that I failed blindly choosing a right working chair. I am not sure what to do with this awful piece that was perfectly promoted at the launch. Support does not make any steps to help, just total indifference. UPDATE: - the seatback cannot be locked in position; - the topmost position is not usable, because it causes too straight position, while the first inclined position is too much; - the seat itself is drastically short, causing legs to hang all the time; - the lumbar support is too aggressive, in fact it causes a lot of backpain instead of preventing it; there is no way to find a neutral position, because the minimal support already pushes the back forward.
