I run multiple companies from home, which means 10+ hours a day in a chair, and I’ve gone through more “ergonomic” chairs than I’d like to admit. The LiberNovo Omni is the first one I’ve stopped noticing, which is the whole point. The back moves with me instead of making me readjust every time I lean in for a call or sit back to think, and the lumbar support actually hits where it should. Assembly was easier than expected and the build quality is noticeably better than what I’d been using. After a few weeks in it, the end-of-day stiffness I’d just accepted as part of the job is gone. I received mine through The Founders Club, but I’d happily pay for it, and I’ve already told half my network about it. If you work from home and your chair is an afterthought, fix that. This is the one.

I have had this chair for 10 minutes, and I can already say I am very impressed of the quality and the comfort of the chair. I absolutely love the electric lumbar support. I was a bit concerned when I ordered the chair, because of some of the negative comments about waiting months for delivery... I have not had that problem... The ordrer was shipped the same day as I ordered the chair, and I got it 4 days later (I live in Denmark) - so super fast delivery! The chair is simply perfect! I love it! I can recommend to everyone who needs an ergonomic chair.

I was ripped off. The chair arrived but footrest and accessories did not. Three months. Contacted customer support. Getting the run around. Many on Reddit have the same complaint. They sent it. They haven't. I work from home. Brought in the big box right away. Only the chair. I assumed the rest was coming later. It has not. Ordered July 9 and it is now Oct 9

As a Herman Miller employee whose used the Embody for the last 12 yr..... this chair is generations ahead of the contract market for one reason, arm rests that don't create a pressure point when you recline. The head rest is great, I'm 6'5" 280lbs and it's my favor chair by a mile. The massage is nice but would be nice is we could program the range.

Fast shipping, easy setup, great investment.

The chair took about two months to arrive after I placed my order. Customer support was responsive whenever I contacted them, which I appreciated, but the shipping estimate kept getting pushed back. I was also promised a free gift package because of the extended delay, which I never received. Once the chair finally arrived, I unfortunately did not find it particularly comfortable for me. I contacted LiberNovo about changing to a different seat size/configuration that I thought might fit me better, but that wasn't an option and return did not seem like an option either. They apologized for the misunderstanding. Fortunately, my wife needed a new office chair and likes the LiberNovo, so we decided to keep it for her while I continue my search for a chair that works better for me. Overall, the responsive customer service was a positive, but the two-month fulfillment time, missing promised gift, lack of flexibility after delivery, and the chair not being comfortable for me made the experience disappointing.

Ich habe in den vergangenen 10 Jahren ca 5 Stühle gekauft und einige davon zurück geschickt, da sie nie den Lendenwirbel richtig stützen oder den Begriff "ergonomisch" verwenden ohne ergonomisch zu sein. Den letzten Stuhl habe ich für ca 280€ gekauft und dieser ist in 10 Tagen wieder zurück gefahren zum Hersteller, da das Mesh-Gewebe der Rückenlehne mit der Zeit auf die Schulterblätter drückte und bei jeder Bewegung ein Geräusch von sich gab. Nun habe ich bereits starke Rückenschmerzen über die vielen Jahre Büroarbeit entwickelt und habe einen Bandscheibenvorfall diagnostiziert bekommen. Nach einiger Recherche ist mir der LiberNovo Omni empfohlen worden, jedoch war mir die Preisklasse von über 1000€ doch etwas hoch. Zum Glück hatte LiberNovo dann neulich den Herbstsale für die Farbe Grün mit Motor und Fußstütze, ich konnte dazu noch einen 50€ Gutschein im Internet finden und habe nur noch knapp 750€ Zahlen müssen für alles, ein Schnäppchen im Vergleich zum Original Preis. - Lieferung erfolgte bei mir innerhalb 2 Tage und es wurde jeder Status per Mail mitgeteilt, lobenswert. - Der Aufbau war sehr einfach, da eine Anleitung auf Karton gedruckt mit Bildern beiliegt, diese kann man vor sich legen oder stellen, jedoch war sie nur auf englisch. Für mich ist das nicht schlimm, es gibt einige Menschen in Deutschland die sich damit schwer tun könnten. - Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und es wird hier hochwertiger Kunststoff verwendet. Der Stuhl macht keine Geräusche und mein Rücken wird sehr gut gestützt. - Nackenstütze ist sehr weich und die 160° Liegeposition in Kombination mit der Fußstütze ist perfekt zum entspannen, ich bin sogar eingeschlafen darin, so bequem. - Armlehnen bewegen sich ganz einfach mit sobald ich die Position verändere, besser als jedesmal einrasten zu müssen. Man kann mit etwas mehr Druck die Position der Armlehnen nach Außen oder Innen verändern, sehr stabil und passt zu mir. - Fußstütze kann man in 2 Höhen einstellen, für unter 170cm oder über 170cm große Menschen und hat auch eine gute Neigung für die Füße. Wenn man sich mal entspannen will, kann man die Beine auf die weiche Fläche darüber Legen, diese ist auch beweglich und abgerundet, sehr bequem. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Stuhl und würde es jedem weiter empfehlen wollen, der Beste den ich je hatte.
