For a $1000+ dollar chair, it is disappointing. It's not a chair I can sit in for the full work day. The arm rests are wobbly, and move very easily. I got the Maxis Air. What I do enjoy is the fan. For lounging around it's fine for some time but ultimately you're watching TV and want to put your legs up (you can with the added leg rest) but ultimately the comfort just isn't there. I wasn't expecting it to replace my plush recliner, but I was hoping it would be kind of an in between. Hoping it would have been good enough to at least make me consider sitting in it for some lounging. Also for a chair so expensive you'd expect it to be at least somewhat prebuilt, especially with it coming in 2 huge boxes. This required as much putting together as a cheap amazon chair. Some pieces were tedious. It's a good chair overall, but I don't think it is for the price.

The only thing wrong with the LiberNovo Maxis AirFlow chair are the armrests. The entire chair is sturdy, but the armrests move like two wet noodles. The slightest touch and they swing left or right. When my order arrived it was missing the foot rest, so I called customer service. Terrible! Called four times, never got through. Sent an email, got a response in 48 hours that they were out of stock, and then the foot rest arrived two days later. That tells me the email may be an automated response. Stable armrests and solid customer service is critical. This will be the only LiberNovo chair I ever buy, but I hope future buyers will experience better armrests and great (human) customer service.

Ordered the new SE model pre-launch in early June, they had no concerns in taking the money straight away and only after a couple of weeks and not seeing any comms from them i reached out to be told it would be end of August. It would have been nice to be told when you order of long delays. To add insult to injury they reached out to state as a gesture of goodwill they would send a complimentary pack........................ Which comprises of a magnet set, a baseball cap and some sticky notes................... Clearly a company that does not give two figs about customer care Since then not even a single update email, or even the fantastic free gift

Kickstarter backer The chair itself is amazing, great chair for a decent price. But my god is their website and support bad. I received my stretch gifts, and the coffee mug box was hard pressed on my footrest. I emailed cs trough their website, no confirmation of receiving my email, no response. To this day the footmat still has a deep line trough the middle of it which you can very prominently feel. Free gift, I dont want to be a difficult customer, ill let it go. Then I remembered I still had 99$ to spend from my coupon. But unfortunately, any item I would try and use the discount on, would not work. Giving me the same error message that this could not be used right now. Mail CS again trough their website, again, no confirmation, no response. And what do you know? coupon expired. I'm glad I got my initial omni for a good price, but i dont think ill ever buy from libernovo again. Their website and support of it is a mess.

The base/seat not having a function to slide back and forth is a real bummer. The way it's positioned makes me feel like I'm being pushed to the edge of the seat. I'm not tall at all, 5'7".

Chair is too expensive, armrest do not extend forward enough, armrests do not extend outward enough for people with wider shoulders, seat pan depth too short.

Ordered the large chair and received in good time. Setup was easy. Biggest issue is the chair depth is nowhere near enough for a 6'2" person. I'd actually say if you are over 5'10" tall then this chair isn't for you. I had a good 6" of space between the edge of the chair and my lower legs, making it feel like I was hanging off. On top of this the responsiveness from customer services wasn't great. It took a while to receive a response, and when it was agreed the pickup had challenges and returned to the wrong location causing stress and a lot of back and forth over email to resolve.

Good chair but has its flaws. The biggest flaw is there is not seat depth adjustment. Even with the larger seat depth option, the back pad extends so much that the seat depth becomes very short
