The chair was shipped quickly and the assembly for the Omni Pro was easy to follow with their guides. As for the chair itself, probably one of the best chairs I have ever sat on. The headrest is adjustable, the stretch feature helps a lot for my lower back and the fan in the seat, although it sounds gimmicky, works really well and helps a lot for those who run hot and or live in hot places. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

They took a while to get back to me, which is understandable, given the new release. But they answered all my questions. More than happy how things were handled

Setup instructions were clear and so fast to assemble. Packaging was amazing! Delivery guy left the box in the rain and even when I got home hours later, the chair was perfectly dry inside.

Libernovo really did their customers wrong. Many people that bought the chair directly from their website ended up getting really long order delays, while their product is fully stocked on third party websites like Amazon and instantly purchasable.

This was the best purchase of this decade. I’m actually surprised by the comments about the customer service. I found it to be excellent. I bought my chair, and two days later, after receiving it, it went on sale. I reached out to customer service, and they promptly issued me a refund and thanked me for being a customer.

I was extremely skeptical about purchasing the chair. I’m about one month into ownership and it’s truly amazing. It’s comfortable ,stylish and sturdy. Checks every box I need in an office chair.

I placed an order for a LiberNovo Maxis Dynamic Ergonomic Chair on 16 June 2026. At the time of purchase, the delivery timeframe appeared to be much shorter, so I expected the chair to arrive within a few days. However, after receiving no dispatch confirmation or tracking information, I contacted customer support for an update. Their response was that the Maxis chair will only ship in mid-August due to “shipping reasons”. This means the delivery is delayed by almost two months, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers should be clearly informed before placing an order if an item is not actually ready to ship. I would not have placed the order under these conditions. The lack of transparency and poor communication have made the whole process frustrating. I am now waiting for LiberNovo to provide a clear update and arrange shipment as soon as possible.

We're sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing. The LiberNovo Maxis is a pre-order product. At the time your order was placed, this was indicated on the product page, and the estimated shipping timeframe was also displayed below the **Pre-order** button. We're sorry if this information wasn't clear or was easy to miss. We understand your concerns about the wait and appreciate your feedback. We'll continue working to make our product and shipping information as clear as possible. Thank you for sharing your experience.
