Don't buy online. Over two weeks and still not got my cooling fan in hot weather. They use evri so doubt I will ever get it. Can't get hold of anyone by phone

Was about to buy a Levoit Tower Fan on Amazon to help cope with the heatwave. Price has gone up by 500% in one day. Profiteering/price gouging in the extreme .

Avoid this Brand period. I bought a core 300 and it was turned on once and not used for few weeks. Turned on again and notice lights were on but failed to hear operation. Tried all manner of button combos. It was simply not functioning. Considering that I had registered my product I looked in my emails and what do you know there's a email from customer service asking me what is my satisfaction with their product I explained to them my dissatisfaction and wish to return it and ask for the process they sent me and follow-up email and I provided for them a screenshot of my warranty pictures of the product pictures of everything that they ask for and submitted it and they claimed that they wanted the same thing again so I've come to the conclusion after months of communication emails. That this company refuses to honor manufacturers warranty that's pretty low so you're better off not buying anything from this company cuz their products suck and unless you can take it back to Amazon or Walmart or wherever you got it from you're not going to get a manufacturer's warranty honored.

Currently trying to get a refund for a core300s that makes a terrible tinny noise. Can’t call as there is no phone number. Web support insists on a video of the fault but I can’t get the video to go through! Terrible terrible terrible service Surely illegal

I ordered a new filter on May 29th. It was shipped out for delivery on June 3rd. June 8th was the delivery date, but it was never delivered. Now it's June 9th, and it's not even in my state yet. Edit: I didn't get my filter in till June 15th. Smfh 🙄

Levoit Classic Pro Turmventilator bestellt und nicht erhalten, da Bestellung von LEVOIT storniert wurde. Produkt nicht mehr lieferbar. Bin gespannt wie lange ich auf mein Geld warten muss. Produkt kann ich nicht bewerten. Wenn ich mir aber einzelne Rezessionen ansehe, ist es vlt. mein Glück, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde.

Not only do I love the products sold but the company have been brilliant. I bought a silent fan last summer which is a life saver in the heat, in fact I've just bought another to have one up and one down. I also had a destroyed remote thanks to the puppy. I reached out to see if I can buy a replacement and they sent me one for free and were so helpful. What a lovely change from most companies these days.

Ich habe mehrere Produkte von Levoit gekauft und bin top zufrieden! Angefangen mit dem Luftreiniger Core Mini wovon ich bereits mehrere jetzt besitze, weil sie unkompliziert und sehr sehr leise ihre Arbeit machen für einen unschlagbaren Preis und einem schönen modernen Design. Weiter habe ich den Levoit LVAC-200 Akku-Staubsauger welcher einen guten Job für seine Preisklasse macht. Er saugt alles super ein, ist recht leise und das Licht um den Staub zu erkennen ist sehr hell. Auch die Reinigung ist sehr Allergiker freundlich und einfach. Leider hat der Staubsauger nach einem halben Jahr etwas Saugleistung verloren und der Staubsaugmotor ist sehr laut geworden. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundensupport kontaktiert und innerhalb von 24 Stunden sofort eine Rückmeldung mit möglichen Fehlerquellen und die Beseitigung dieser inkl. Erklärungsvideo erhalten. Da alle Fehlerquellen ausgeschlossen werden konnten nach Zusendung eines Videos vom Betrieb des Saugers, wurde mir sofort ein neues Gerät zugeschickt ohne Probleme. Das nenne ich mal einen Kundensupport! Vielen Dank hier geht speziell an Aimee für den super freundlichen und schnellen Support in der Angelegenheit!!!
