IDK what the complaints are about, but I have a Levoit stick vacuum and I love it. The attachments etc work beautifully, it's so handy and can clean anything from carpet to furniture to blinds. 10/10 would buy again.

I bought a Levoit LV600s Smart Air Humidifier. This is a complete piece of junk. It produces massive spikes in air pollution (PM1, PM2.5, PM10) whenever operational. With tap water, filtered water, boiled water, any source of water. I bought this to improve asthma. It does the opposite. When I contacted Levoit they told me to troubleshoot the product. This obviously gave the same result. They then told me to simply throw the unit away and they would send a replacement. No troubleshooting or quality control on their end. They seemed completely unsurprised and unbothered by this flaw (which might be poisoning countless customers). When I told them I do not wish to try another unit for health reasons, they refused to give a refund. My advise, please don't bothered with any products from this company.... it is cheap junk that might even imperil your health.

Ich habe den Levoit Core 300S zusammen mit einem Ersatzfilter bestellt und leider eine insgesamt sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. 1. Lieferung deutlich verspätet Obwohl die Lieferzeit mit 4–6 Tagen angegeben war und der Artikel als vorrätig angezeigt wurde, kam meine Bestellung erst am 11.04.2026 an – ganze zehn Tage nach Bestellung (01.04.2026). 2. Keine oder sehr späte Antworten vom Support Während der langen Wartezeit habe ich mehrfach beim Support nach dem Bestellstatus gefragt, jedoch keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Erst nach mehreren Tagen und zwei weiteren Anfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Artikel unterwegs sei. Andere Fragen blieben unbeantwortet. 3. Umständliche Sendungsverfolgung Für die Paketverfolgung musste zusätzlich eine separate App installiert werden, was den Prozess unnötig kompliziert macht. 4. Erschwerte Rücksendung Für die Rücksendung muss man sich erneut per E‑Mail an dieselbe Supportadresse wenden, die zuvor schon kaum reagiert hat. Das macht den Rückgabeprozess unnötig mühsam. Fazit: Sowohl der Bestellprozess als auch der Support und das Produkt selbst konnten mich nicht überzeugen. Aufgrund der Kombination aus verspäteter Lieferung, fehlender Kommunikation und enttäuschender Produktleistung kann ich den Kauf leider nicht empfehlen. Ergänzung: Auch die Rücksendung hat nur Probleme gemacht. Für ein Rücksendeetikett muss der Levoit Support per Mail kontaktiert werden und ein Ticket angefordert werden. Eine andere Möglichkeit gibt es nicht. Problematisch und sehr frustrierend dass sich der Support gar nicht bzw. dann nicht in Ihrer angegebenen Zeit zurück meldet.

Levoit is useless in the USA. If you purchase, purchase from Amazon, as returns are simple and easy. I’m love my Levoit. Thought I’d buy another one. Bought from Amazon, didn’t take out bad food odors from Indian neighbors cooking which is rotten smelling. Returned to Amazon. Will try shark max no change 5year filter. Will buy from Amazon or Target or Walmart. They all take returns.

I purchased a 2-pack of these on eBay. One worked perfectly. The other began to emit a high pitched whine (probably bad bearings) after only two weeks. The seller did not take returns and steered me toward Levoit for service. Levoit said the product had no warranty because it was sold by an "unverified third party." The bottom line is, if you buy one of these on eBay, neither the seller nor the manufacturer will stand behind the product. After more emails than should have been necessary, the seller finally did accept a return and refunded my money. Looking online, I saw that my unit was nowhere near the first to have this bearing problem. I would have accepted a simple exchange for the defective product, but Levoit would not do that. Besides promptly answering my multiple emails, Levoit "customer support" did nothing to support me. They were determined to evade accountability and succeeded. I will never buy another product with the Levoit name on it. And, I also learned that a seller who won't accept returns, is probably telling me that the product has no warranty at all.

Wahnsinns Kundenservice (Danke an Chem!) und super Gerät Ich wollte hier mal eine kurze Rückmeldung geben, weil ich wirklich positiv überrascht bin. Ich habe den Levoit Staubsauger bei Amazon bestellt und finde das Teil an sich schon richtig klasse – die Saugleistung ist top und er macht genau das, was er soll. Leider war bei mir etwas kaputtgegangen, weshalb ich mich direkt an den Hersteller gewendet habe. Ich muss sagen: Was für eine tolle Firma! Der Kundenservice ist absolut spitze und sie sind mir sofort entgegengekommen, um das Problem zu lösen. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Mitarbeiter Chem! Er hat sich super lieb gekümmert und alles ermöglicht, damit ich schnell wieder ein funktionierendes Gerät habe. Heute wurde mein Ersatzteil angenommen und ich bin einfach nur glücklich, dass das so reibungslos geklappt hat. Ich kann die Firma und den Staubsauger wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen. Hier ist man als Kunde noch richtig gut aufgehoben. Danke nochmal an Chem für die tolle Hilfe!

Nach 2 Jahren und 8 Monaten ist das Hauptstaubsaugerohr am Gelenk gebrochen. Da ich noch einen Saugroboter habe wurde das Gerät in der Woche höchstens zweimal benutzt. Hersteller meinte keine Garantie mehr (verstehe ich) keine Ersatzteile mehr (komisch), null Kulanz (geht gar nicht). Deshalb die schlechte Bewertung! Meine Meinung: Finger weg von diesen Produkten!
