Not one to usually complain but have left the same review for the pathetic excuse of a company Levoit use for deliveries… Evri, replacement issued after first order from 2 weeks ago lost. Assuming replacement will also be lost in a few more delayed days time. Both companies need serious rewiring or put out of business.

I called support for help removing a filter on my air purifier. I had purchased a replacement filter with subscription for replacements. Levoit offered no help whatsoever so I cancelled the subscription. I recently got an email saying that the replacement filter was ready to ship. I called to remind Levoit I had cancelled the subscription. Levoit solution was for me to wait for the truck and refuse delivery. Then the most ridiculous part the shipment delivery date was 5 day in the future. I was given a shipment tracking number only to have fedex tell me only the shipper can cancel. Levoit is the worst!,,

J'ai commandé un purificateur d'air sur le site, mais le lendemain, je recois un mail me disant que la commande est annulée car rupture de stock (qu'ils viennent de découvrir donc !), et ils débitent quand même ma carte bancaire ! Si j'avais lu les commentaires ici, je me serais bien gardée de commander sur ce site. J'espère qu'ils vont me rembourser, sinon je ferai une plainte à la direction des fraudes.

Poor experience with the subscription refills for the filters and with customer service.

Faulty Design. I've had two of these humidifers from them and they both failed and choke themselves the same way. The humidity gauge reading rises quickly by up to 10 pts and shoots over the limit setting when you first turn it on, so the unit shuts itself off within the 1st minute. Then, within 5 minuites it's lowered down several points where it will run again and immediately climbs back up. It never really reaches the setting number. It's sitting on a coffee table in the middle of the room, no obstructions. I clean it regularly and insure no scale on it. After they ordered me to cut the cord and would send me a replacement, the other unit is doing the same thing after 2 months of light use. These units do not work properly for very long. Very pricey and a waste of money! Units for 1/3 of the price beat this hands down!

Well got the item and the filters are not on plastic wrap. Was this used? Like wow - a filter running in someone else’s home gross…so contacted support as I don’t want to return and wait for refund then buy another as smoky here. Would have provided pics. Nope told me to return don’t care - no quality control. Oh well not buying their product ever again. Very flippant as well. Your loss - now bad review and off to all other social media to do the same - losers.

Where to begin. A confused phone call about the website not working so I could order filters. (tech work on my end, trouble shoot with no help or support). Following this a follow up call could they send filters (please) asap, as mega fires and smoke. They sent a fan inside of two days, a week later no filters, then a email do I like my purchase (no filters I paid for)....where are the filters? I know every neighbor. Email now saying shipping filters. smoke is gone.

I bought one about a year ago I have not noticed any difference in air quality and when I check the filter it always seems clean I placed a piece of tissue paper on the outer grill and it would not stick to it I am going to replace it with another make very dissapointed with this product.
