I bought wrong size Air purifier. Its huge. Trying to contact them and waiting for reply is tiring. Trying to return purifier,not even used as very large. I'm a pensioner and item bulky. Knew by the size of box. I can return at my own cost. Disappointed and happy to exchange for smaller one.ive bought 600smart purifier

The air purifier usually works well and has some useful features. However, I accidentally rest my hand on one of the buttons and now it's reset the countdown for how long my filter has left, so now I have no idea when I'll need to replace it, which is a problem because replacing it too soon will be a waste of money and potentially send the message that their plan worked in the unlikely event that they did it on purpose, but replacing the filter too late could reduce the air purifier's efficacy. It would be useful for the app to be able to store the previous filters' data and how long they had left so I could switch back to the previous one if I accidentally pressed the "Done replacing filter" button on the air purifier. Alternatively, they should make it a physical button rather than a touchscreen so that accidentally touching it doesn't register as a press. Or make the button require a hard press rather than just a long press to reset it. Also, I know about the Display Lock feature to disable the on-device buttons, but the problem is it's all-or-nothing and I can't enable/disable individual buttons, and I often use the on-device buttons to turn the display off or control the power. It's possible that there's a way to get the data back in which case I'll modify the review. But the AmazonBasics air purifiers seem like better value anyway.

So I moved and lost the bottom cover plate to my pet core 350 that cost me 150.00 So I called to buy a cover. The Csr told me to put a piece of cardboard there it works just as good.they couldn’t send or sell me a part. Sounds like they need to up their training and service.

My LV PUR 131 unit barely lasted past warranty. Suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t power back on. Contacted CS and they gave me the quick brush off. No tips on trouble shooting, no loyalty discount to purchase another unit. NOTHING. I researched multiple review sites and found out this has been a complaint for YEARS. Don’t waste your money on a low quality Levoit product.

I tried to order an air purifier during the second week of September. It was listed as in stock during the time of my purchase and I received an email on Monday of the following week saying my order had been shipped. I was charged for this order on that day and the charge was approved on that day as well. I checked the FedEx tracking, which originally said my order would come on 09/16/2020, but it soon changed to 'label printed, delivery date pending'. This is how it remained for the following three weeks. I can understand shipping delays especially in the wake of wild fires, but to delay for nearly a month for a product shipping within state?? Besides the confirmation I received on the date of purchase and the shipping notification email, I received no other correspondence from the Levoit company. I contacted customer service twice about my order after waiting 2 weeks and then 2 weeks more. Both times, they responded as if my order was already processed and on its way, but I knew this was untrue. I explicitly asked if the product I ordered was backordered and they avoided my question both times. The representatives kept the facade up that my purchase was on it's way, but clearly it was not. I eventually asked to cancel my order and they made it seem like it would be an inconvenience to have to "stop" the shipment, but I received the refund notification and order cancellation confirmations less than 12 hours after submitting my cancellation request. I think they handled this terribly. I ordered from elsewhere.
