Ordered an air purifier not too long ago and it's been working well. Only thing I wish the company did was make it so the lights could be turned off so it's not bright at night (hence 4 and not 5 stars). not bad though for the price

We had a good experience regarding customer service with this company so hopefully it is an indication that Levoit has taken note of the importance of matching customer service and after sales support to their great product. Our delivery was taking longer than was stated, but it was admittedly, during the first heatwave period. It was in fact, the interim carrier (prior to the final courier) that seemed to be sitting on it. We alerted Levoit to the issue via email and the assistant attended to it immediately. She was courteous, apologetic and kept us informed via email. We pointed out that there is no Evri Express (as stated) as this can cause unrealistic assumptions and expectations. The tower fan is a pleasure so far and I would unreservedly recommend it. One star is missing because the lead is just too short (even at 1.75m), considering it is portable. Moving from room to room particularly in older houses, it is difficult to place around static furniture and plug sockets because instructions state no extension cords to be used.

My tower fan stopped working 14 months after purchase. I contacted the UK customer service email with my invoice and a video of the fault. I was in conversation with ‘Chem’ who was very responsive and got a new unit sent to me in 4 days. Obviously a bit concerned about the products quality (it may be a 1 off) but I can’t fault their customer service.
