Ordered 1 MONTH ago. Still waiting for the good to be delivered. DO NOT BUYING ANYTHING. Apparently it is blocked at the border; mens there is something wrong with it. the costumer service replies like a child could do, I think is a robot. Several mail sent to have updates and same answer. DO NOT BUY ANITHING from them. they are located in China, therefore no control at all on your shipping.

It took my puppy 15 minutes to remove an ear and it looks like this won’t last any longer than other brands. Misleadingly advertising and I’m a bit embarrassed that I fell for it without checking the reviews first.

I received my indestructible bear 7 days ago and my dogs have already chewed through it! They’re cocker spaniels and not heavy chewers at all didn’t last a week. I would not recommend purchasing if your dog loves to play with toys as you’ll be buying again almost straight away

worst waste of money i ever brought in my life, lasted 5 minutes at most the nose and the foot opened and fluff was everywhere if i could give this product 0 stars i would i brought the BearTM for Heavy Chewers. which promises the be durable as hell, but it was even less durable then teats i give my dog. never buy their products

I’ve been waiting on my package that I ordered for 3 weeks now. I’ve emailed them over and over. Still no response. My package says it’s sitting in Chicago for 5-6 days now. This is the worst company to order from! I would’ve had my stuff within 2 days from Amazon. There is no reason why it should take this long! Coming from china or NOT!

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. They are terrible! The product supposedly took over a month to receive. I say supposedly because I never received it. The customer service? There isn't any in my opinion. Just the same generic answer, but no real communication or solving of the problem. Now that I've gone back to say my product wasn't received, I have no response. Never again.

Dreadful customer service . Still waiting for my order - refusing to confirm when I will receive my order ( which no doubt will be more Chinese crap if and when it comes) . Refuse to give me a refund as it is clearly lost . Never again .
