I ordered MuzzleGlow Pet Oral Repair Gel on the 11/04/2025 and still after a couple of emails and no tracking shown or movement, this is a SCAM! Lesson learned, I will read the reviews before I order anything next time. It is disgusting this "company/ group of people" takes your hard earned money and not delivers. How much everyday are they earning from this?

This is not a "store" with inventory. This is purely a drop-ship website, probably run from China. They simply place the order with the manufacturer who then ships it whenever they want. 3 weeks for delivery is ridiculous. Customer service is nothing but pre-written responses. If you do decide to order make sure to use PayPal so you can quickly get a refund.

SCAMMERS!! Wish I read these reviews before buying the ‘Indestructible’ dog toy. My dog destroyed it in 2 minutes!!!

In March I ordered a Rollie Smart Ball via Facebook. When I received the ball it would not charge and therefore did not work. I have since emailed them numerous times and apart from the first time they now ignore my emails. On 25 march 2025 I received this email: Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear this news. To proceed with the after-sales service, please provide video or photo evidence of the damaged product. Once we receive the evidence, we will begin processing your after-sales service. Thank you for your cooperation, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Sincerely, Sophier The same day I sent videos over as requested and since then I have had no response to any of my emails. I would not trust this company after reading other reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE A JOKE AND A FRAUD. Took over 5 weeks for my order to be "delivered." I actually never received it. Supposedly delivered 4/23. Funny, how up until a day ago tracking had not been updated since 4/25. At that point it was still enroute. How was it still enroute when it was supposedly delivered? Save your money!

Not even a minute, my collie puppy destroyed this!

I bought a bear that was designed for heavy chewers and labelled indestructible. Within 3 min my staffy had ripped the bear's head off. Complete waste of money. A McDonalds toy lasted longer.

Bought an “indestructible” toy for my dog. Literally within a couple of minutes the fabric was ripped and the stuffing was coming out. I pulled the squeaker out of her mouth and dumped the whole lot in the bin. Absolute trash. Do not buy any of their rubbish.
