Item did not arrive. Customer service kept telling me it had been delivered. This is a fraudulent and scam of a company. Do not use. Do not waste your time or money.

Our Beagle destroyed bear within 2 minutes. It's advertised as indestructible without stuffing , however it's full of stuffing. When I sent an email to the company, the reply was. "How about we send another?" Really???? Then I responded that I want a full refund, they responded they will refund $15 ! This company is a SCAM.

Seriously! When it finally arrived it was completely trashed within 10 minutes. Do not buy. My dog is small (westie-Poo) and has track record of getting the toy apart and pulling the stuffing out. This bear was no different. I’ve have better results from cheap supermarket dog toys.

The website stated "this toy was for heavy chewers. Long lasting. The last toy you will ever buy." I should have realized I was being snowed. My Goldendoodle destroyed it and pulled out the stuffing within 15 minutes. I have emailed to ask for a full refund. I doubt they will grant my request. This is a warning to avoid this Made in China company because their products contain false promises.

Scam artists, do not purchase from them.

If I could give them zero I would. Waste of time, never received the product and they’re refusing to give me a refund.

The “indestructible” bear was ruined in five minutes . Paid a fortune , waited ages . So disappointed ☹️

Total scam artists ! Sent me an empty package and now won’t reply to my emails ! Thief’s !
